"SPOT PUTTING" was discovered in 1977 at the Hempstead GC by yours truly, and here we have

Lee Trevino teaching the method in 1987! ...I discovered this video of Lee in June of 2018. ...Would have asked about it when I interviewed Mr. Trevino at the Meadowbrook GC when he was on the Senior Tour.

...Back then the hot topic was Michael Jordan possibly competing on the Regular Pro Tour. -- Trevino thought: "No Chance!" -- Below LEE PROVIDES LOTS OF "PERSONAL TIPS" FOR YOU TO CONSIDER -- ENJOY!

G. TREVINO & OTHERS: SHORT GAME

This is an excellent video with Michael Breen of the Golf Channel in which Legends demo the Short Game!

"NOTE  COMMON  THREADS" --  Especially:

1.-- "PUTT" whenever possible;

2.-- "Chip Like It's A Putt"; and

3.-- "Turn Your Body" To Hit Pitch Shots!

All Pro's drive the ball "long enough" to score well. But golf requires important skills around the Green!

...Therefore, allow me to add:

4.-- Know Where Your "Hip Balance" Is Located & -- "KEEP IT SIMPLE!"
